Empowering youth for leadership, skills, and community engagement

Equipping young people with leadership, entrepreneurship, and civic skills to contribute meaningfully to their communities.

ADI’s Youth Development Program empowers young people in underserved communities by equipping them with leadership skills, financial independence, and a sense of social responsibility. Through the formation of youth groups, targeted training and workshops, and participation in sports, cultural events, and civic observances, the program fosters confidence, teamwork, and active community engagement. Youth members take initiative on key issues such as child and women’s rights, disaster preparedness, environmental awareness, and the prevention of harmful social practices. By recognizing and supporting their contributions, the program nurtures a generation of socially responsible, skilled, and proactive young leaders.
